- I am a 55 year old Female, I was diagnosed in 2003 after a biopsy revealed much inflammation and scarring. I was told I had NASH and Cirrhosis. No cure and no treatment. My GI Dr said I had between 5-10 years to live. 2 years later he said 3 to 5 years.Either way its been 5 years and I am still hanging in there. I have more good days than bad.Bad days are awful with stomach pain, terrible fatigue, no strength to lift my arms even. But I work every day and really push myself to to be active. It would be so easy to just crawl into bed and stay there, but I know if I do I would be gone in no time.

Today there are not a drug that cure the problem .
But meanwhile you can make exercise , and diet to be healthier.
